L'OCCITANE App Reviews

Cannot get the products feature to load. Cannot figure out how to add products to my "favorites." I would love to easily shop from this app, but its not possible. I dont care about having customer reviews on the app--I would prefer a comprehensive search of products. Big disappointment from such a great brand.

This is a very slow loader. Website is much faster.

I got this b/c the mobile site is awful, but this is worse! Theres no real search function and when I went to use the scan feature on one of my products, it couldnt find it! This cant even be used to purchase items off the website, or at least I couldnt figure out how! Horrible app, use the full site.

I thought that b/c the reviews were over a month old that perhaps the bugs were fixed. Wrong. Complete waste of time, not worth the frustration. Whoever designed this app needs to be fired or refund L Occitanes $.

Please stop this pop- up on the iPad site. It cannot be skipped and it blocks the options I am trying to make. I have stopped buying from the site because I find it so frustrating. Thanks.

How can you have such an amazing and super expensive products and then have this really cheap looking app?!

I thought I would be able to shop using this app, but I cant figure out how!

Difficult to use and offers no real value.

Installed and deleted it again within one day! Its completely useless and difficult to maneuver. Was trying to search for a product to get information and would have had to scroll through ALL products! What a waste!

What happened? It was ok before the update, now it takes really long to load, my favorites got erased, i cannot find products. You guys one of my favorite stores, this app is not, not even by half! Please fix this, pronto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the update. The new app works much better on the iPhone and I can spend hours on it. Its very useful and allows me to both save my favourite products and also purchase them. The information is great and I really appreciate the time put into this app, since its much more user friendly since the last version.

Takes forever to load product information even when using wi-fi. Not worth the time it takes to download until this is fixed.

Feels like app was just thrown together by an amateur. Deleted.

This app is a joke- its soooo slow!

Ive never deleted an app so quickly. There is nothing usable about it.

I love LOccitane, they have a great line of products and phenomenal customer service; and then they have this sorry excuse of an app. The most basic issue is they do not seem to have a coherent or rational vision of how this fits into customer behavior much less how it enhances the customer experience. Until they do they would be well serve withdrawing it. Do not download.

I absolutely love the Divine products, however, this app is super slow!
