The app is not working @ iphone 5s

It looks pretty on interface but actually bad to use. Terrible performance !!! I tried to search for the product, and it was stuck after clicking the product information. It just said "loading" and never ended. The app just hung there. Please fix it !!!

Bad programming. If you try to scroll you end up going places you dont want to go. They need a better programmer.

I went to make my usual purchases from LOccitane online and was offered the app. My recommendation is to stick with the website, it is well designed and easy to use. The app comes up with errors about not being able to locate a discount code (I wasnt even trying to use one) and finally I got to the end of the purchase when it kicked me back to the beginning and reset my order. It was extremely frustrating.

Doesnt seem to show any Canadian locations. Im in Toronto and the app tells me that the nearest LOccitane location is in Buffalo. There are several boutiques in Toronto...

The app freezes after selecting language - iPad 3 iOS 6.1.3

If u cant do the app, just dont try. It stopped when choose language.

This app is so bad I am even having trouble writing a review. Great pricey products. Spend a few bucks folks and make it easier for us to spend our money.

The Loccitane app is horrible, the service is terrible and pretty much every part of it is flawed. The website on the other hand is easily used, I recommend visiting the website.

Is this really Loccitane I used in Europe and Arabic countries?!? I really doubt that! The quality is so poor compared to what this brand really is. And dont even bother downloading the application. Its a joke

Useless, cant search for a product...such as "lotion" must have barcode to search for a product :( Please fix!!!!

Love the products, however the app needs some help. Wish the search function was a real search. I would gladly give 5  if I could type in a word or product to search for something. Really dislike scrolling through so many products to find what Im looking for. Even then may not find all my options like on the website. The potential is there. Make it as awesome as your products and Ill give it all the .

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Could not get the app to load products so tried closing and reopening app, but then the app refuses to open up at all. Finally had to delete it altogether. I give up!

doesnt work...opens and when try to open new product tab ...it freezes ...I have the first iPad..maybe set up for the iPad 2

I installed this application because I wanted to be able to search for products and product information. There is no real search function, and the app seems to hang when I choose different options. Terrible.
