L'OCCITANE App Reviews

Got this in large part to locate the closest LOccitane boutique. I know there isnt one nearby. Instead of listing stores in order of distance, it shows a map with my location centered. Scrolling through the map is so slow and shops are so ill marked as to make finding a store impossible unless you are already in the store. Jeez!

I think the app needs work. the products line is not full and the app is not helpful to me unfortunately I prefer the website :( but I still love loccitane

This App is terrible. There is no info on the products unless you search for each one...and who can remember the names of everything. I am extremely disappointed. The boutique locator is worthless. Please re-do this app or just remove it all together from the App Store.

Cant even get past the validate country screen. What a shame.

When I downloaded thus app, it wont go beyond what language you want. Frustrating!

Deleted off my iPad after 5 minutes. NO PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS just user reviews and product pics. Under Gift? Nothing! Its like a skeleton app they forgot to flesh out. Unusable.

Love this company!

While the pics are lovely, payment and password retrieval are excruciating. If you want to confirm your address during checkout, well, that popup isnt responsive, so youre stuck. If I were in charge, Id hire a stellar bunch of developers to make something slick and useful. This isnt either.

I only got to choose which country Im located (I got lucky), then all I see is white blank screen. Im not sure how to choose products from white screen. Please fix it! Thank you!

I love this brand. Was excited to find an app to further fuel the addiction Ive developed toward their delicious products. But this app desperately needs to be developed. Its a great tool for research, finding prices, reading about the products, sales - etc. Cannot log into your existing account, access previous, orders, see your favorites list. Great concept, poor execution - lots of room for improvement. I gave it 3 stars for convenience, easy of use, overall look/appearance, not out of loyalty to the brand. I expected more from this high-priced vendor, such a luxurious company should provide an app that accurately represents their caliber of products. Unfortunately, it missed the mark.

This app is impossible to find stuff on and annoying to navigate. Just copy Sephoras app please so I can go shopping!

Impossible to use after upgrade. Everything loading slow, opens based on web browser were page is 10 times bigger then iPhone screen. Wasnt tested before release. Developer must be smoking crack. And two thumbs down to human resources who hired that developer team. Its 2014!! Not 90s

Needs to be faster. You need to let customers type reviews of items from app.

I am so upset with this companys customer service, website and app!!!!! I cannot get help for my account. Love the divine products but my frustration is overwhelming.

Ive been a lOccitane customer for decades, so its safe to say I love their products. Their app, on the other hand, is borderline useless. The shopping cart is broken, the checkout process flawed, and the security questionable. Better to buy in a brick-and-mortar store or on their desktop website. Not here.

This app needs serious help. The search function provides results but then they constantly flickers and changes, so if you wait more than a millisecond, your item disappears. The shopping cart function also doesnt work, the items in cart frequently disappear, and then you run into the previous problem when you go to add them back! The products are wonderful and customer service (both in store and on phone) have been very helpful. Youre better off going to the actual website. Also the app doesnt provide current promo gift items like the website does. Fix this app please!!
